Sports massage
The muscles, tendons and insertions are intensively massaged with various techniques. We can use these techniques to relax your body or to ensure that your body is warm and supple for sports and performance. By usage of mechanical stimuli we ensure a better blood circulation in your skin and muscles, an improvement of your muscle tone (both more and less tension) and, for example, pain relief and total muscle relaxation or stimulation.
Sports massage helps your body to prepare for an upcoming exercise, but also for better recovery afterwards.
By massaging the stressed muscles after exercise, they will be able to cope with the next effort more quickly. Better blood circulation means that waste products are removed better, so that your muscles can rest more quickly. A nice oil is used for the massage. This makes the skin supple and elastic again, offers extra protection without leaving a greasy layer.
