Hoe kan ik mijn reservering wijzigen of annuleren?

Als je een flexibel tarief hebt geboekt, kun je de reservering wijzigen of annuleren tot 48 uur voor de dag van aankomst. Houd er rekening mee dat je aankomstdag om 0.00 uur begint. Je kunt dit rechtstreeks doen via het boekingsplatform/bureau waarbij je hebt geboekt. Als je via onze eigen website hebt geboekt, kun je het beste een e-mail sturen naar info@rosep.com onder vermelding van je boekingsnummer. Als je een niet-restitueerbaar tarief hebt gereserveerd, wordt de reservering onmiddellijk in rekening gebracht en kan deze niet worden terugbetaald of gewijzigd. Je kunt je reservering annuleren, maar niet zonder een boete van 100% te betalen.

Tot hoe laat kan ik inchecken?

Onze standaard check-in tijd is 15:00 uur. Eerder inchecken is volledig afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid. Als je een vroege check-in wilt garanderen, raden we je aan om ook de nacht voor aankomst te reserveren (een extra nacht).

Kan ik bij het hotel parkeren?

Op Landgoed de Rosep hebben we een groot parkeerterrein, inclusief elektrische oplaadpunten. Deze zijn tegen betaling te gebruiken.

Zijn er leeftijdsbeperkingen in het hotel?

Beide gasten moeten 18 jaar of ouder zijn om een hotelkamer te boeken, tenzij je met je gezin komt. Alcoholische dranken worden alleen geschonken aan gasten van 18 jaar of ouder met een geldig identiteitsbewijs.

Zijn huisdieren toegestaan?

Honden zijn beperkt toegestaan op ons landgoed. Informeer ons van tevoren als je van plan bent je hond mee te nemen. De kosten hiervoor bedragen €25,00 per hond per dag. Er is een maximum van één hond per kamer.

Tot hoe laat kan ik ontbijten?

Op weekdagen serveren we een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet tussen 07:00 en 10:00 uur. In het weekend kun je van 08:00 tot 10:30 uur genieten van het ontbijtbuffet.

Tot hoe laat kan ik uitchecken?

Onze standaard check-out tijd is 11:00 uur. Later uitchecken is geheel afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid.

Zijn er wandel- en fietsroutes beschikbaar bij het hotel?

Zeker! Vraag tijdens het inchecken naar onze wandel- en fietsroutes.

Wanneer zijn de wellnessfaciliteiten open?

Je kunt dagelijks van 07:00 tot 21:00 uur gebruikmaken van onze wellnessfaciliteiten, zoals het binnenzwembad en de jacuzzi.
